Bike shops can claim a free saddle to try out WTB’s ‘Fit Right’ sizing system

Distributor Hotlines now has stock of WTB’s latest saddles and is offering dealers chance to try the ‘Fit Right’ system and claim a free saddle sample.

WTB’s Fit Right programme is pitched as an accurate and non-intrusive method to ensure an individual rider gets their ideal saddle. Based on an anatomical correlation between the wrists and ischial tuberosities (sit bones) of the body, the WTB Fit Right System uses simple steps to direct riders towards an ideal saddle width and padding thickness to match their physiology and riding position.

To encourage dealers to engage with the new fitting system, Hotlines wants retailers to try the online sizing tool and request the resulting size and shape by e-mail at sales@hotlines-uk.com

Aside from the Fit Right system, WTB unveiled updated graphics across the entirety of the company’s saddle line at Eurobike this year. WTB’s progressive saddle shape now comes with subdued graphics for a sleek and modern appearance that won’t clash with a bike’s colour scheme, WTB said. In addition to updated graphics, every WTB saddle is now covered with a premium microfibre material, while other features are available at different performance tiers.

Hotlines’ Fit Right dealer offer saddles will be sent steel railed, one per store and limited to 100 retailers. Hotlines said it doesn’t care whether dealers sell the saddle, fit it on their own bike or give it away to customers as a Facebook competition: “Try the system, try a saddle and decide whether WTB works for your business.”
