Calling bike shops – One month left to take part in CI.N’s market research

One month remains to participate in CyclingIndustry.news’ fifth annual market research effort which, come January, will be compiled into a report sent to each participant. To take part head here.

UK independent bike shops, workshops and mobile mechanics are invited to take part in the annual study, which seeks primarily to plot trends in the marketplace leading into 2022. The report also provides businesses with a chance to speak to suppliers and the wider industry about the business relationship with the frontline and what factors most weigh into a brand’s carriage in store.

CyclingIndustry.News’ Editor Mark Sutton said of the findings thus far: “With over 140 shops already having given their feedback the trends that are emerging on the back of an astonishingly disrupted period for the cycle trade are making for very interesting reading. This year’s study has been designed to leave no stone unturned, covering everything from retailer’s desired legislation on electric bikes and scooters, right through which brands are selling by sector and at which price points.”

Thanks to a range of sponsors, participants will also have the opportunity to scoop a handful of prizes, some of which have been revealed already.

All data presented in the market research is anonymised. The run time for completion is approximately ten minutes and participants can skip questions they feel not relevant to their business.
