Carradice resets for 2025 with new site, pricing structure and updates

British handmade cycle luggage manufacturer Carradice has lined up a series of changes, updates and initiatives for 2025 and beyond, including updated price structures for D2C and B2B sales channels.

Relevant for the UK, EU and US markets, the new price structures have been put in place this month, aiming to ensure competitiveness and consistency across the regions.

Carradice has also produced new trade catalogues for its two flagship ranges, Bagman and Carradice, providing dealers and distributors with comprehensive, up-to-date product information. Additionally, the introduction of B2B trade store hanging tags for Bagman products simplifies purchasing processes and enhances in-store displays.

Digital engagement

The completely revamped website has been put in place to better serve Carradice’s growing community of cycling enthusiasts worldwide, it said, with an improved user experience and greater engagement potential, making it easier for customers to explore products, access information and connect with the brand.

To strengthen the connection between Carradice and its customers, the company has introduced consumer-facing hanging tags and labels across its product lines. These tags not only convey the brand’s heritage and commitment to quality but also provide key product details and care instructions.

On top of that, Carradice has launched a new Lifetime Warranty registration scheme. The brand said this reflects its confidence in its products and aims to boost customer loyalty by offering peace of mind with every purchase.

Carradice has also launched new retail and distribution partnerships for its Bagman Racks, expanding availability and visibility in key markets. Additionally, Carradice alongside Bagman has signed Insight (www.insight-sales.co) as their global business development agency and business support consultancy. This strategic collaboration is set to drive the growth of the Bagman brand and enhance Carradice’s global footprint.

To support its expanding operations, Carradice has set up new B2B accounts and streamlined its backend systems. These updates ensure seamless processes for trade partners and improved service delivery.

Finally, Carradice has cemented its product plan and timeline for 2025, promising exciting new launches that will build on its legacy of craftsmanship and innovation.
