Citrus-Lime pitch up at Interbike ahead of U.S. market entry

ePos and e-Commerce specialists Citrus-Lime signalled an intention to enter the U.S. market with a presence at last week’s Interbike trade show.

Though not presently operating in the States, the firm was on the ground at the Mandalay Bay gauging interest in their software, which in the UK apparently processed one in five independent cycle retail transactions last year.

“There’s no provider in the U.S. that offers the depth of package that we can,” explained Head of Sales and Marketing Grant Hadwin. “We are an all-in-one provider capable of offering a complete ePos and e-Commerce package and one that integrates with the industry’s suppliers to give real time stock updates.”

Present in around 300 UK stores, the firm offers customers a cloud-based system accessible from anywhere, via any device. Features available within the software include an integrated Workshop Module, their growing Supplier Integration Module, a customer rewards scheme, cloud reporting, and integrated e-Commerce including V12 Finance and Click & Collect, among other features. The platform is also well suited to multi-store businesses.

On the marketing front, Hadwin says their managed Google Shopping campaigns have proven to be a great success for their clients.  He reports that in 2016, the firm invested £700,000 of their clients’ money in Google Shopping to generate £9.5 million in revenue back for their clients i.e. for every £1 spent, a return of just over £13.
