Cooke Components taking largest range to date to The Bike Place
Having exhibited at The Bike Place Show for the past three years, 2017 sees Cooke Components bring its largest ever range of cycling essentials to the Silverstone event.
Already well established as the UK Veltec wheel distributor, Cooke will bring the 2017 Veltec road wheel range. New for this year, the German wheel brand features DT Swiss hubs laced to a variety of carbon and alloy rims, covering a wide range of pricepoints and starting from just £399 at retail.
The ever growing VEL range will also be at the show with a number of exclusive UK product launches. While its bottle cages, pumps, bar tapes and saddle bags earned widespread media plaudits and strong sales success in 2016, this has not seen Cooke rest on their laurels for the VEL brand. Launching at the show will be a range of silicone 32mm grips in a variety of colours to suit all tastes and a black, thicker 36mm grip.
Added to the Cooke Components portfolio in summer 2016, the Supacaz bar tape range will also be on display on their stand. Used by World Champion Peter Sagan, the Supacaz range is expanding for 2017 with a number of show exclusive first looks on offer.
The much loved Super Sticky Kush tape will be available in a number of new colours, including coffee, gunmetal, neon red and White Star Fade whilst there will also be the first UK look at the strictly limited edition versions of this popular tape. In addition to the tape, the Supacaz Siliconez XL 32mm grips will be on hand (pardon the pun) to be tried, tested and admired with more colour options than ever before.
