DT Swiss boosts production capacity with Polish factory extension

DT Swiss has addressed a gradually growing lead time issue with the extension of a manufacturing facility in Poland.

The new building complex, opened in May 2016, has near doubled its production space to 12,000 m2.

With this expansion over 80 new working places have been created, which gives the firm capacity for over 300 employees at DT Swiss Polska SP in Oborniki.

Reacting to a growing OEM business, as well as the end-consumer market demand, the extension allows the firm to keep pace with an expanding wheel manufacturing trade – each of which is hand built in Poland.

Besides the increased production capacity, DT has also built upon its service centre, which is charged with handling all European warranty work.
