Enviolo recruiting for Head of Business Development

With the global eBike marketing seeing sustained growth enviolo are actively searching for a Head of Business Development.

The business already has over 100 OEM brands making enviolo equipped bikes, with products and services empowering bike manufacturers to build bikes which change people’s lifestyles, taking less trips in cars and more trips on bikes. To date over 1 million consumers ride on enviolo equipped bikes.

The business has launched products for leisure and commercial applications, servicing the wider eMobility space, and, with ongoing growth, comes the requirement for a Head of Business Development.

As the Head of Business Development (HoBD), the primary responsibility is to drive strategy and tactics to maximize sales revenue from both the existing customer base and key growth targets across all market segments. The HoDB is responsible for all aspects of the Business Development function leading a team which manages the entire sales funnel & account development.

Core requirements for the position:

  • A proven track record (at least 10 years’ experience) driving sales in a relevant commercial leadership role, in a high-growth, disruptive b2b product company
  • Exposure to driving sales in an international environment is preferable
  • A track record selling physical products that can interact with and influence a digital environment, is preferable
  • Good knowledge of “best practice” in commercial development
  • A leadership style that drives encouragement towards raising the bar and not accepting the status quo, with a balance between commercial creativity and process. You have the ability to establish trust through authentic communication and strong teamwork.

Please, note that this role is a full-time position in Amsterdam. It will require a relocation if you live outside of the Netherlands.
