EUROBIKE 2024: More intense test riding & top execs targeted with Leaders’ Night

EUROBIKE 2024 will – the evening before the show kicks off – invite management level bike and ecomobility execs to the Leaders’ Night in the Portalhaus of Messe Frankfurt (on 2 July). The “Hello Future, Hello Transformation” titled evening will see keynote speeches on the future course of the bike industry.

Among the speakers intending to provide inspiration for the event are Professor Meredith Glaser, company bike leasing pioneer and JobRad founder Ulrich Prediger, Tilo Bonow, CEO of PIABO, a leading European PR agency, as well as Thomas Egli and Nate Pund from the investment bank Houlihan Lokey. With high-level networking the Leaders’ Night establishes the framework for the conference days to follow.

Topics set to be covered include viable narratives for change, close looks at growing markets, new international production locations and supply chains, digital business models, digitalisation and sustainability requirements. The ticketed event won’t lose sight of the nature of the industry, however, namely the culture of freedom and community.

Onto more visceral thrills now, and a revamped EUROBIKE 2024 Test Track. George Lucas’ reputed favoured direction for actors – “faster, more intense” – is an adage being taken on board by the Eurobike organising team, which is lining up a much extended test track (powered by BAFANG) – twice as long for 2024. Test riders are advised to register in advance and bring their ID to pick up wristbands on site.

Promising everything from sporting racing bikes, gravel and MTBs to eBikes, everyday and cargo bikes, the test track will have them all and provide an all-important opportunity for industry execs and punters alike to confirm expectations or refute preconceptions.

EUROBIKE 2024 runs  3-7 July 2024.
