Feedback Sports purchases Scorpion Bike Stands business
Feedback sports has acquired fellow US bike stand maker Scorpion from founders Mike Diorio and Ryan Hagy, reports Brain.
The purchase includes the patents and trademarks associated with the flagship product, which elevates the bike at the crank axle, offering a good height for quick servicing or bike display.
With orders ready to ship inside the next two weeks, Feedback founder Doug Hudson told the US news site: “We liked the Scorpion Stand the first time we saw it at Sea Otter 2014. When Ryan and Mike approached us about a potential deal, we were very interested. It’s a natural complement to our product family.”
