Gazelle ships 800 strong fleet to Fletcher Hotel Group

Gazelle has partnered the Fletcher Hotel Group to offer the chain’s guests 500 bicycles and 300 electric bikes.

Already a supplier to leisure industry giants Center Parcs and Roompot, the Dutch bike maker was chosen by the group based on both the quality and low maintenance requirements. The group bought a smaller fleet last year to test, with the latest deal coming in addition to the 200 bikes and 150 electric bikes bought previously.

Having recently declared that it will soon be manufacturing more electric bikes than pedal cycles, Gazelle’s export ambition ties in with that of the hotel group, which anticipates further overseas growth, potentially enhancing the need for a bigger fleet.
