Otto Scooter and PORT offer eBikes and subscriptions for Deliveroo riders
Food delivery company Deliveroo has partnered with electric vehicle companies Otto Scooter and PORT to offer branded eBikes and discounted eBike subscriptions to riders.
The partnerships aimed to reduce Scope 3 emissions from delivery vehicles and ensure riders’ safety by offering access to quality and compliant e-vehicles.
Through this partnership, Otto Scooter will provide at least 40 Deliveroo-branded eBikes and 10 e-mopeds across London. At the same time, riders who sign up with Otto Scooter will be able to access discounted weekly rentals, with up to 14% savings over four weeks, or 23% over eight weeks on Otto Scooter eScooters and eBikes.
Meanwhile, PORT will offer discounted eBike subscriptions to riders from 13 hubs across London, as well as a recycling scheme for non-compliant eBikes and batteries. Both companies co-hosted a launch event this week, with 50 riders receiving a five-week subscription free of charge in exchange for their non-compliant eBikes or batteries, saving them £250.
In the future, Deliveroo will provide 400 riders with a 50% discount on their PORT weekly subscription for five weeks, helping them save £125 in total.

Deliveroo also launches other measures to enhance riders’ safety awareness. For example, it partnered with the London Fire Brigade to provide riders with information on eBike battery safety.
