Rouleur Classic takes consumer event of the year at PPAs

Gruppo Media’s Rouleur Classic has scooped the top gong at the annual PPA independent publisher awards.

Following 2015 recognition as the recipient of the AEO Excellence award for best launch, Gruppo’s show pairs a largely affluent cyclist demographic with performance labels, good food and a strong line up of professional riders, artists and industry speakers.

Managing director Bruce Sandell told CyclingIndustry.News: “I am delighted that the Rouleur Classic picked up its second award this year at the prestigious PPA Independent Publisher Awards – proof that in a short period of time that the Classic has established itself an innovator and the must attend bicycle exhibition.”

Rouleur were also one of five finalists in the Consumer Magazine of the Year category.

Organised by Telegraph Events, next year’s dates have now been revealed as the 2nd to 4th of November, 2017.
