Royal Dutch Gazelle unveils 2027 UK eBike lineup

Royal Dutch Gazelle has expanded its UK line-up for 2027 with three eBikes.

The Curb (pictured above) is an urban eBike series designed for city riders. Built around a clean frame with concealed cable routing and a 360Wh battery, the Curb is powered by the new Bosch Hub Line rear motor, delivering 45Nm of torque.

Royal Dutch Gazelle offers two variants in this series, the Curb C1 and Curb T9. The Curb C1 boasts a single-speed drivetrain with a durable Gates carbon belt, eliminating messy chain grease and gear adjustments.

Featuring a nine-speed Shimano derailleur system, the Curb T9 is designed for route flexibility and variable elevation, offering an expanded gear range to handle steep inclines and longer urban trips.

Both variants feature integrated Supernova LED lighting built into the handlebars and mudguard, high-stopping-power hydraulic disc brakes, and a stem-mounted smartphone interface compatible with SP Connect and Quad Lock.

Meanwhile, the Grenoble (pictured right) is a four-model collection manufactured for everyday journeys, combining refined ergonomics with either a Bosch Active Line Plus motor or Bosch Performance Line motor.

All models boast integrated front lighting (60 lux with daytime running light and side lighting), either a chain with a closed chaincase or a low-maintenance belt drive, and 540Wh or 600Wh battery options.

Lastly, the renewed Eclipse (pictured left) is driven by the latest Bosch Performance Line CX motor (85Nm) and an integrated 800Wh battery, expandable to 1,050Wh. The Eclipse is engineered for hilly tours and long distances.

Featuring an air-suspension fork, active seating position and an integrated smart brake light, it comes in two variants: the stepless, belt-driven Eclipse C380 and the sporty Eclipse T11.
