Selle Italia introduce SLR Boost 3D printed saddle
Presented in July at the Eurobike fair in Frankfurt, the SLR Boost 3D is the first Selle Italia product with a 3D printed cover.
Now available to retailers and customers, the SLR Boost 3D represents the first Selle Italia saddle with a 3D-printed cover, and a product which complements the established SLR line, one of the most popular and high-performance models in the Treviso-based company’s range.
The cover, which adapts to the iconic shape of the SLR Boost, has been developed using Carbon DLSTM technology and 3D printed with a dedicated, proprietary textured pattern, resulting in a unique and entirely Made in Italy saddle.
To offer cyclists the very best support while riding, the cover has differentiated areas which create progressive cushioning over the entire surface. It is also features the Superflow hole, designed to reduce pressure on the pelvic area.
The SLR Boost 3D comes in the S3 and L3 idmatch sizes and is available in 2 versions, with a carbon or in TI 316 rail. The saddle is now on sale to the public and can be purchased on the selleitalia.com website and in top cycling stores.
