Silverfish takes on ex-Mojo team, goes live with servicing
Silverfish has today gone live with its Fox service centre, enabling dealers to send forks and shocks to South Wales for a refresh.
Headed up by Tim Williams, the service centre boasts 100 years of combined knowledge backed by the newly formed distribution deal.
Silverfish’s team is now made up of ex-Mojo staff who have been brought on to ensure no blip in service. In total 16 staff come across, including Adrian Phipps, James Bushell, Robert Powell, Anthony Boyd, Emily Perry, Tayah Williams, Tom Wheeled, Tom Davies, Luke Burnett, Jack Perry, Gareth Jones, Will Soffe, Todd Purnell, Ashley Thomas, Rachel Burridge and Bethan Large.
Silverfish Managing Director Darren Mabbott commented: “This is a prestigious brand which sits perfectly alongside Silverfish’s established portfolio including Yeti Cycles, Mondraker, EVOC, Knog, and of course from the FOX stable; Race Face and Easton.
“Distributing high-end MTB brands since 1999 has meant that Silverfish frequently crossed paths with FOX, this shared heritage increased in recent years as the FOX and Yeti development collaborations deepened with the Switch Infinity project, giving Silverfish further insight into ‘the FOX way’. We’re excited, privileged and honoured to be furthering our Partnership with FOX in the UK and Eire.”
Silverfish is promising the very same fast turnaround that dealers are used to and now has warranty claim registration live here.
