SRAM launches new Force and Rival AXS and XPLR groupsets
SRAM has released details of a set of new groupsets, expanding its most effortless braking, shifting and wireless integration to Force and Rival AXS, in both road and XPLR (gravel-orientated) configurations. The set up of one-finger braking, refined ergonomics, faster shifting and lighter weight aim to deliver straightforward riding.
SRAM’s big shared themes of these new releases include:

- Modern gearing with a wide range of options
- AXS ecosystem
Force AXS features fully wireless technology, refined ergonomics and further AXS integration. This pro-level, lightweight drivetrain delivers easy braking and faster front shifting so riders can focus on performing.
Rival AXS is, SRAM said, bringing premium performance within reach. It’s noticeably lighter and brings effortless and powerful braking, smooth and fast shifting, integrated power measurement, and AXS connectivity to more riders than ever before.
Shops may note that “simpler setup” is promised, with a robust Full Mount derailleur to better braking with redesigned controls. The fully wireless 13-speed generation of Force XPLR AXS blends resilience and precision in a light and fast gravel-specific package.
Meanwhile, Rival XPLR AXS is a workhorse groupset. It features the resilience and precision of a Full Mount rear derailleur with gravel-specific 13-speed gearing. This generation of Rival also gained better, more powerful brakes while shedding significant grams: “It’s effortless performance for everyone.”
