TVS EBike Company expands UK presence with new brands and dealer support
TVS EBike Company has launched two Swiss eBike brands into the UK market and established a new office to support UK dealers.
Founded in 1914, CILO offers a range of EMTBs spanning all-mountain and enduro categories, with full-assist and light-assist options in each. EGO Movement, launched in 2014, focuses on stylish, functional urban eBikes that blend design with practicality, including models such as the Pixii, Curie and Galvani.
The company said it will work exclusively with specialist bike dealers and has no plans to sell direct. To support this, it will establish a complete dealer infrastructure in the UK, including dedicated Area Account Managers, technical support and marketing assistance, alongside physical brand and product training at its dedicated UK showroom.
TVS EBike Company will also introduce an online B2B platform for dealers to access the full brand portfolio, spare parts, technical documents and warranty information, helping to make the purchasing and after-sales process “as seamless as possible”.
Dealers will also remain the first point of contact for customers.
“I believe after-sales and customer support are the real battlegrounds where brands must stand out. After-sales is where trust is built,” said Tommaso Arzilla, European After-Sales Manager at TVS EBike Company. “With a UK team in place, and backing from the Zurich team, dealers can expect quick response times, efficient logistics and real technical backup from people who understand the trade.”
In addition to launching the CILO and EGO Movement brands, and opening the new UK office, TVS EBike Company also plans to bring the Simpel brand to the UK market in 2026, focusing on the trekking and touring category.
In August, EBCO Limited adopted the TVS EBike Company name, a strategic shift that brings the business in line with the wider group and signals its long-term commitment to the UK market.
