Argon 18 improves UK sales presence with Shaun Reiling

Shaun Reiling has joined Argon 18, a Canadian bike designer, as the company’s new sales manager for the North of the UK and Ireland, having spent 20 years in the cycling industry and bringing with him knowledge in retail, marketing, and sales.

Reiling has previous experience at Scott Sports and Whyte Bikes, with his most recent role being at Pierer New Mobility, responsible for GasGas, Husqvarna, and Felt Bicycles, as their UK sales manager.

In his personal life, Reiling has a passion for cycling, making him well-suited to joining Argon 18. He brings with him strong relationships with stakeholders across the industry that can help in his new role.

Shaun Reiling said: “I was drawn to Argon 18 because of the strength of the product, the brand ethos, and the clear potential for growth in the UK. I’m excited to build on the momentum and help bring the brand to more riders across the North and Ireland.”

Argon 18 bikes are designed and engineered in Montreal, Canada, since 1989 and are built around the cyclist with a focus on handling, aerodynamics, and human performance. Their bikes are sold across 70 countries.

Alex Croucher, UK sales manager at Argon 18, said: “Shaun’s arrival allows us to strengthen our national presence and better support our retailer network. With new product launches like the Dark Matter and E117 driving demand, we’re committed to long-term growth in the UK and Ireland through strong partnerships.”

Reiling will work with Argon 18’s UK sales manager Alex Croucher, joining a growing team of sales managers.
