Bikes2Go joins forces with Hyena to support eBikes brands in UK & Ireland
Hyena Inc, maker of complete eBike systems, has announced the appointment of Bikes2Go Limited as its representative for the UK & Ireland.
The partnership will see Bikes2Go add local support to bicycle brands, manufacturers and dealers in designing, developing, and maintaining eBikes using the Hyena systems. The brand offers complete eBike drive systems with high tech integration and cloud-based software applications.
Bikes2Go Limited has been operating for the last seven years, working with bicycle assembler Bangkok Cycle of Thailand and parts and accessories sourcing partner Accord Enterprise Corp from Taiwan, aiding their customers with development and deliveries.

The Hyena toolkit offers hub and mid-drive systems, which include a motor, battery, sensor, controller, and HMI that blend to work together harmoniously. Hyena’s cloud-based software services cover the entire eBike lifespan, we’re told, serving all stakeholders, from bicycle brands through to consumers. Their SAAS system records key information during the manufacturing process, enabling traceability as well as applying developer settings to personalise the way a particular model rides in the real world. The system offers brand managers a window into drive system usage and can access and assist their dealer network remotely. In turn, dealers can access the bike service history, generate diagnostic reports and update the cloud data during each maintenance milestone.
For the consumer, the Hyena Rider Assistant takes care of any OTA updates and backs up ride data to complete a full picture of the usage and service history of their eBike.
