Blackout Distribution acquires BMX label Cinema

BMX specialist distribution company Blackout has acquired the Greenhouse-owned Cinema brand, reports BRaIN.

Already the minds behind the Kink and Mission labels, Blackout completed the purchase earlier this month, which is said to include all of Cinema’s inventory, tooling and other assets. This stock has now been transferred to the New York warehouse, from which the firm plans to increase the U.S. distribution of the label.
