Bryton launch integrated bike radar and tail light unit

Bryton Inc. has expanded its product range, releasing its very first bike radar tail light, the Gardia R300L.

The Gardia R300L bike radar tail light features alert functions, and essential bike computer compatibility, via a dual rear-view radar and tail light, providing double protection whilst riding.

By working seamlessly with compatible bike computers, the Gardia R300L provides both visual and audio alerts to make you aware of approaching vehicles. As vehicles approach from behind, the unit will automatically assign a threat level, based on the relative speed, and change to a suitable warning light to alert the vehicles coming from behind.

If sufficient light is detected, the tail light will be switched to day flash to conserve battery or when riding in darker conditions, the tail light will automatically switch to night flash. During the day, the running light features an interruptive flash pattern, increasing daylight visibility up to 1.6km.

Utilizing a built-in G-sensor, the Gardia radar tail light can detect when riders are braking, notifying vehicles behind with a brake light.

Utilizing built-in ANT+ integration, the Gardia R300L rear-view radar and tail light is able to connect with compatible headlights and bike computers to form a network, enabling both headlights and tail lights to be controlled right from bike computers – including switch on/off and adjusting light mode functions.

Bryton is distributed in the UK by ZyroFisher.
