Corebike Preview: Eovolt and Shokz to make trade debuts

Eovolt distributor Pinpoint CE will make a handful of product debuts to the trade at next month’s CoreBike, alongside a first look at the AfterShokz rebrand; now known simply as Shokz.

Having revealed last month the move of its frame production to France, Eovolt’s revamped 2022 catalogue has already been detailed online, but those registered for CoreBike will be able to see in the flesh the changes made since the brand reshored its chassis work.

While prospective dealers might have expected this to have affected the pricing, Eovolt’s range has remained steady in the face of pressures, even reducing the 20” Afternoon bike price by £150 against the similar spec 2021 model.

Craig Middleton from distributor Pinpoint CE said of the Eovolt offering ahead of hopeful stockist sign ups at the event: “For those looking to trial the bikes in store there’s no minimum order quantity and the supply situation is steady. We have stock arriving by land from the factory in France every month, so we can support the store throughout the year with stock. Retailers can earn a very competitive margin as some very achievable sales thresholds.”

Shokz (Formerly Aftershokz)

Known for its bone conducting headphones, Shokz’ concept is to provide cyclists and runners with a safe way to exercise and remain aware of their surroundings. There’s even a swimming iteration of the product in the 2022 Open Swim line.

Launched for this model year is a new top of the range Open Run pro bone conduction headphone set that, despite the name, is also perfect for cyclists.

The distributor for Eovolt, 4iiii and Shockx is Pinpoint Consumer Electronics, which is contactable by phone on 01606 558428.
