Cycling Sports Group promotes Reeds and Hage
Cycling Sports Group has announced today that Nick Hage has been promoted to General Manager, CSG IBD US and that Steve Reeds has been appointed as SVP Operations, CSG.
Nick has been a key part of the US CSG commercial organization for over 6 years and the day-to-day sales leader in the US IBD for the past year. He will report directly into Peter Woods, President & CEO, Dorel Sports, and will have the CSG IBD US leadership team supporting him across marketing, sales, finance and operations.
Steve has more than 20 years of experience in global operations and sourcing within the different Dorel Sports companies. Reporting directly into Peter Woods, President & CEO, Dorel Sports, Steve’s appointment gives a clear, single-point accountability for the entire CSG supply chain, and will help to drive further improvements in efficiency and effectiveness for our customers and suppliers.
“I’m confident these changes will provide us with strong leadership for both the CSG US IBD business and our global CSG Operations team,” said Peter Woods, President & CEO, Dorel Sports. “We’re in the middle of launching our MY17 products to dealers and consumers around the world and just wrapped-up our sales meetings in Europe and Japan. We’re receiving excellent feedback to our MY17 product line and are thrilled to be launching it to dealers in North America later this month.”
With Nick’s promotion, Russell Merry’s main focus will be on the UK and the Global Parts & Accessories business, as well as providing strategic guidance to the Global CSG Business.
