Cyclingworld Europe 2026 expands with larger venue and new feature areas
Cyclingworld Europe 2026 will welcome around 400 exhibitors over three days, showcasing products from approximately 500 brands for the upcoming season.
Covering 26,000 square metres, the event will take place at an expanded Areal Böhler venue, featuring eight halls and an additional 8,000 square metres of exhibition space.
One of the key new features for 2026 is the Urban Hub at Gustaf-Gründgens-Platz. Located between the Schauspielhaus theatre and the Kö-Bogen, the square will be transformed into an open experience area for families and passers-by. Children can take their first rides in safe, dedicated zones, older riders can test their skills on small parcours or try out different bikes, while cargo bikes will also be available for test rides.
Another addition is Rheinriff, Düsseldorf’s indoor surf hall, which joins Cyclingworld Europe for the first time and will host around 70 exhibitors, including a number of brands new to the show. Major names such as Canyon, Giant and Cube will appear alongside smaller, premium brands from across Europe, reflecting Cyclingworld Europe’s international, high-quality yet accessible character.
The Demoworld remains a central attraction and will be presented under the patronage of Bosch for the first time. Around 90 brands will supply bikes for testing, ranging from traditional non-assisted models to eBikes, cargo, urban and folding bikes. This area will be complemented by a new tent featuring around 30 exhibitors from ten countries, with a focus on specialist manufacturers and distinctive products.
For the first time, all major component manufacturers will be represented at Areal Böhler, with Shimano alone occupying 600 square metres. The show will cover a broad spectrum of topics, from upcoming seasonal trends to bike fashion, art and curiosities, supported by a varied programme of rides and races.
Younger visitors are also well catered for, with the Puky Children’s World in the Glühofenhalle offering 400 square metres of playful cycling experiences designed to introduce kids to bikes in a fun and engaging way.
The Cyclingworld Award will once again take centre stage, featuring both a jury prize and a public vote. This year, participants in the public vote will have the chance to win a Coboc touring eBike worth €4,500.
