Digital Designer
HEAD OFFICE- ESHER, SURREY
As Digital Designer at Sigma Sport, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the digital design and branding projects for the UK’s premier road cycling and triathlon retailer, Sigma Sport, working with the Digital, Marketing and Retail teams to develop a consistent and distinct brand personality through creative design.
Reporting to: Head of Digital and Marketing Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be responsible for delivering creative concepts, design and artwork
- Take initial face to face briefings from managers and produce artwork to the brief and exacting standards
- You will manage projects from start to finish within agreed timescales taking into account quality, accuracy and consistency and the ability to build strong and effective working relationships
- The ability to prioritise and work independently is crucial to succeeding in this role
- Staying focused on key goals whilst managing numerous projects simultaneously meeting fast turnaround schedules
- To proof materials throughout all stages of print production, e.g. sign off, producing print ready artwork on approval
- Take ownership of multiple mediums including both digital and print
- Responsible for designing in-store graphics, large format graphics, signage, marketing emails and brochures
- Keep all files backed up in correct format and archived
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
SKILLS AND INTERESTS
- Passion for cycling and/or triathlon preferred
- An excellent communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- Initiative and enthusiasm
- Understanding of how design supports wider business goals
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Good IT and report writing skills
- Excellent editing skills, including a particular attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong ability to work under pressure, work independently, and manage multiple projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency with design tools including, but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat

SALARY:
We offer a competitive salary, dependant on experience
HOURS:
8:30am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday
HOLIDAY:
28 days holiday including bank holidays
