Enviolo partners with QBP offering aftermarket sales in North America

Stepless gear-shifting company enviolo has partnered with QBP to offer premium aftermarket sales and servicing throughout North America. QBP will carry the complete enviolo product range with the aim of improving all US sales whilst providing required enviolo service and warranty services.

2020 is the first year that enviolo has actively engaged with the North America retail channel, allowing bike manufacturers to produce bikes with enviolo specifications more confidently.

“enviolo is an innovator in stepless and automatic shifting technology and products that are spec’d on a wide range of bikes from dozens of leading bicycle brands. We’re excited and honoured to add enviolo to our portfolio of e-Bike products and services,” said Joe Benedict, Director of Distribution Product at QBP.

The partnership aims to provide a mirrored service of enviolo’s European service centre, creating more opportunities and security for customers in North America.

Director of Brand Experience at enviolo, Billy van den Ende, said: “As a trusted distributor to more than 5,000 bike shops, QBP is the perfect US sales & service partner for enviolo. Delivering premium service is something that both our companies value making this a perfect match. We are removing the final barrier for our European OE customers to go ‘all-in’ in selling enviolo-equipped e-Bikes into the US market.”

The partnership between companies will be strengthened through extensive on-boarding and staff training. QBP Vender Brand Support Supervisor, Graham McCall, said: “enviolo has always been a trusted name in e-bike drive trains. With the help of enviolo’s excellent training and on-boarding, our Vendor Brand Support Team is ready to help our retail partners with all their enviolo needs, now and into the future.”

The growth at enviolo has risen dramatically in the last year with the appointment of three experienced Business Development Leads earlier this year and its hiring of Koen van der Weerd as Director of Business Development in May 2019.
