Fazua launch new E-learning dealer portal with gamification approach
Fazua has launched a new dealer portal, which, as well as introducing a fully revised design, also features an online training area, in which dealers will be able to intuitively navigate the individual training modules.
Directly on logging in, business owners and their employees can start training units individually at their own pace, and pause them if required. Their training progress is saved on their personal profile. This way, Fazua ensures that all employees of a business are registered on the portal and able to go through the online training independently or download materials.
Level up – modern E-learning with a gamification approach
In several modules, the user’s knowledge on various product areas is tested using different types of questions following video-based explanations. This allows users to collect different amounts of points. The number of points depends on how many attempts it took to answer the question.
“The online training is designed to be interactive and varied, using a gamification approach. Employees have the option to compare their results with colleagues’ on the company leader board, or to view their current progress. Our goal was to motivate as many dealers and employees as possible to regularly refresh their existing knowledge and to work intensively with the Fazua brand and its systems,” explains Christian Wimmer, Digital Channel Manager at Porsche eBike Performance GmbH.
Three modules are available at the time of the launch: the basic content and product-specific units on Fazua Ride 50 and Fazua Ride 60. Each module is divided into chapters on different topics and components. New chapters are unlocked as the user progresses through the training. All completed video content can be revisited at any time in a separate video library.
