Haibike announce 3 new sales and service centres in the UK

German eBike brand Haibike, distributed in the UK by Raleigh, have announced plans to open 3 new dedicated sales and service centres in the UK, alongside their existing, highly popular, Birmingham store – RaceCo Cycles UK.

At each store the brand will be hosting an open day, where customers are invited to check out the all-new, Yamaha Motor PW-X3 system on the Haibike All MTN MTB, as well as working with staff and Haibike ambassadors to perfect their eBike set-up.

‘Kinetic Revolution’ an eMTB exclusive store, will sit alongside the well-known Cycle Revolution (previously Thomas Cycles) in Colchester. It will be opening its doors on the 13th May. Haibike ambassadors Kara Beal and Tom Cardy will be on hand sharing their experience with Haibike, plus there will be a chance to win big with an in-store giveaway for those attending on the day.

Primera Sports in Bournemouth is opening a stand-alone Haibike store – ‘Destination Haibike’ in early June. Ex-professional freestyle mountain biker, National Four Cross champion, BMX rider and downhiller Chris Smith will be there to help customers check out their available demo fleet.

Chris Smith will also be visiting the existing service centre Race Co Cycles UK, in Birmingham, which is opening its doors after hours in mid-June to welcome customers. They will be showcasing new products and be on hand to answer any questions on e-bike set-up.

Of the news, the brands UK Team said: “Creating dedicated spaces to speak directly with customers is essential, we wanted to boost access and support within our valuable bike shops and focus on engaging with customers face to face.”

In late 2022 the brand launched it’s most trail rider focused model to day, the all-new Lyke – a 140mm travel trail bike weighing in at just over 18Kg, powered by the Fazua Ride60 system with 60Nm of torque and 450 Watts of peak power.
