Through the online platform, IBGNA will offer Tacx Shanti and Shiva water bottles through independent bike dealers and direct to consumers throughout the US. The water bottles come in two sizes, 500 ml and 750 ml, in an array of 22 colours and 31 cap colours across the two designs.
While the Tacx Shanti and Shiva use the same bottle, the cap design differs between the two models. Shanti features a lockable cap with membrane while the Shiva utilises a more traditional pull-push design to close the bottle.
Made in the Netherlands, Tacx water bottles are used by 11 out of 18 UCI World Tour teams.
IBGNA is offering the 750 ml Shanti and Shiva bottles exclusively to IBDs while consumers are able to mix and match the bottles and caps to their own taste. The MSRP of the Shanti and Shiva water bottles is $20 and $15, respectively, with a minimum order quantity of 50 in a single colour to IBDs.
The group is currently establishing an authorised dealer network for Tacx water bottles, and IBDs are encouraged to contact IBGNA in order to set up an account.
IBGNA is a bicycle import and wholesale distribution company of Italian cycling products to Canada, Mexico and the US. Brands currently distributed by the group in the US include Bike Ribbon, Favero, MagicGuanto, MB Wear, MOA Sport, Scagliarini and Tacx.
