IceBike to hand dealers Q&A session with Madison bosses and business improvement seminars

Visitors to Madison Sportline’s IceBike Show will for the first time benefit from a live Q&A session with the bosses of the distribution giant.

Further upping its credentials on helping retail businesses develop their offering, the Q&A session will feature alongside stands dedicated to the B2B system, PRP, Freewheel and credit control, as well as a host of other educational seminars.

Those heading to Arena:MK should look out for the Business Services Area, which will be staffed by experts in each of Madison’s services.

A debut for the show, staff on the Freewheel stand will explain to retailers about the new website that the company is launching to support independent bike dealers. Also there will be a Professional Retailer Programme (PRP) stand where the distributor will be expanding upon why it feels its partner store program – now available to the masses – could be an avenue worth exploring for many bike retailers in the future.

In addition, Madison’s award-winning B2B system has received a new update which visitors will be taught how to use. To summarise however, the B2B system has been improved to work perfectly across desktop, laptops, tablets and phones. It will also have a Quick View option for dealers to see prices on products listing and search result pages. More products will also be shown on those pages, with improved visibility and more promotion types along with an improved load time. It will make life even easier for dealers.

Furthermore, there will also be a stand about credit control from ACT for those that would like to see how it can be applied to their own businesses.

Kellie Parsons, marketing director at Madison, said: “The idea behind the area is to give all visitors a clearly designated place where they can find out everything they need to help run their businesses as smoothly and efficiently as possible. It is a great opportunity to have some open conversations about what operations Madison has in place for dealers and hopefully many will leave the show with an array of tools to help improve their businesses.”

IceBike run from February 20th to 22nd at Milton Keynes MK:Arena. Dealers can register to attend here.
