Kask America has announced the appointment of Fabio Cardarelli as its new CEO to provide ‘fresh and exciting’ leadership to the brand in North America.
Cardarelli joined Kask America back in 2015 as Sales and Marketing Manager, focusing on the safety division and developing the distribution network and brand awareness.
Spending several years in the material processing industry, primarily in sales and operations, Cardarelli has fulfilled several leadership positions throughout his career. He now brings this experience to Kask America as CEO as the brand moves into a new decade.
“We are happy to have Fabio leading the Kask America team and building on our success in the future,” said Diego Zambon, Executive VP or Kask America and Kask General Manager. “This is an exciting moment for us, where we see growing brand awareness in all of Kask America’s market segments.”
Zambon reiterated that North America continues to be a key strategic market for Kask, and with Cardarelli now on board the brand will look to push further into this market.
Cardarelli spoke of the ‘great potential’ Kask has in both the sport and safety industries, believing: “Kask still has a lot of room for growth in this market, and it is very exciting to be part of this team. I am honoured to lead Kask America and look forward to the opportunities that lay before us.”
Kask America began shipping directly to bike stores across the US and Canada in a move towards a dealer-only business model in January 2019, as part of a new structure to reinforce the brand’s relationship with dealers and current distributors in the territory.
