Kask America now shipping directly to North American stores

Kask America has begun shipping directly to bike stores across the US and Canada, moving towards a dealer-only business model.

The new structure, which came in to effect on 1st January, is set to reinforce the brand’s relationship with dealers and current distributors co-servicing through the early spring period while the final strategy of the new model is defined.

Kask America is hiring independent reps to help implement the new model, while regional brand specialists are already placed across the country to support dealers, merchandising, product education and regional events. It is now enforcing and policing its MAP policy.

Brendan Gecik, North America Cycling Sales Manager, said: “Kask is geared up and ready to start taking the next-level of service to the market. We’re a top-of-category product and our mission is to service our product line as such.

“Now, by taking our brand direct to stores we can achieve the best market control, focus on the brand, and service accounts incredibly well with our own reps and brand specialists. The bike industry is evolving and we are making some very big investments to ensure that we are here to stay for a very long time.”

In addition, Kask America is now accepting dealer applications until the first week of April, with those applying in this time frame entered into a draw for two Maratona dles Dolomites entries, with travel to and from the event and accommodation included.

Dealer applications can be obtained by emailing cycling@kaskamerica.com or calling the Inside Sales team at 704-960-4851.

The shop winner will be announced via Instagram on 1st April by one of the brand’s athletes.
