Manchester’s King Kog the victim of sledgehammer smash and grab
King Kog of Bury New Road, Manchester has fallen victim of a smash and grab by thieves. 
Thieves first crow barred open the shop’s shutters, then battered the front door with a sledgehammer, which they later left behind. CCTV from the shop has shown six men were involved, each masked.
The thieves made off with five bikes, says the shop. These include three GT mountain bikes, a Trek Fuel 8 and a Saracen.
The store is now offering a reward for information leading to the recovery of the bikes.
