Moore Large replaces Haro with WeThePeople, Radio and Salt BMX labels

Moore Large has filled the gap left by Haro’s departure with the WeMakeThings portfolio brands WeThePeople, Salt and Radio.

Having carried Haro for 24 years, the separation will see Bob Haro’s BMX brand transfer its distribution to Decade Europe.

BMX will continue to be a focal point for Moore Large, however, with the German bike and parts maker WeMakeThings shipping its high-end flagship bike label WeThePeople alongside its entry-spec bikes from Radio.

“Our brand portfolio has changed dramatically over the past few years, adding world-leading names to our growing portfolio and striving to work with the best brands in each category of cycling. Parting ways from Haro Bikes presented us with an opportunity to work with another BMX brand, and what better than the brands from the German company WeMakeThings. Harry and his team have some of the most progressive products in the market and their energy, constant development and investment in BMX fits really well with our current business objectives. Happy is an understatement,” said Moore Large’s Brand Director Adam Garner.

Radio Bikes offer complete bikes and parts for both freestyle and race, while Salt BMX parts have brought cutting-edge technology and design down to an affordable price point for over 10 years now.

Moore Large will take delivery of model year 2019 products from July and will shortly announce dates for their in-house show ‘Geared Summer’ where dealers can see all the new line ups in the flesh.

CEO of WeMakeThings Harry Schmid added: ‘’We immediately felt at home to be working with Moore Large and to work together with guys like Adam and Rob who are so invested in BMX is always a good thing. We have big things planned for the immediate future and we are all very excited by what’s to come.’’
