Myagi has linked with retail development content creator The Mann Group to host a new series of videos targeted at bike shops.
Set to deliver over 20 videos based on staff training, the Gear Cycling series hopes to put your staff in control of every selling situation, with every type of customer and covering every product sold on the bike shop’s sales floor.
The Mann Group has a 15 year history working in the bicycle business and has physically tutored more than 750 retailers and manufacturers. In many cases the firm claims to have improved average transaction values, helped with staff retention, upped closure rates on sales and helped engage a wider audience.
Retailers can sign up for the online training from $500 per store location, per year.
