Orbea introduces Oquo road wheelsets

With this launch, Oquo, Orbea’s in-house wheel brand, has introduced 6 wheelsets in a single launch; no small feat even for a brand of Orbea’s size, with a range of depths and weights to suit a range of riding styles, conditions, and demands.

Riders are able to choose from 3 rim profiles – 57, 45, 35 – offering a balance of aerodynamics, weight and control matching characteristic to those which best suit their riding needs.

The 6 wheelset line up comes in Ltd, Team and Pro spec’s, with hubs from Zipp and Sapim spokes feature across the range.

Rims are built around what is called “mini-hook” – a design which Orbea  state is said to give improved aerodynamics, offer more tyre choice, and more set-up options. Internal widths range from 21mm on the range topping RP57Ltd, and across the RP45Ltd and RP45Team, whilst the RP35Ltd, RP35Team, and RP35Pro options all feature 19mm internals.

Oquo LTD wheels, across both Road and MTB ranges, are customizable with a host of paint and colour options, matching bikes, and a riders personal style #sockdoping #matchymatchy
