Orbea launches Genius Distributors demo partnership

Orbea will launch a new partnership programme with selected Genius Distributors that will grant access to demo fleets at a time when many brands are struggling to offer try before you buy options.

In 2016, Orbea officially debuted its “Closer to You” program to increase its personalised service for employees, dealers, athletes and customers. Now, in effort to evolve the program, Orbea’s new initiative comes supported by key dealers around the world and is designed to improve the brand’s level of service, accessibility and customer benefit. 

Specifically, Orbea has teamed up with a handful of dealers to launch the Genius Distributors, described as highly trained dealers that offer an exclusive demo experience for cyclists. The demo experience is launching with a substantial fleet of Rise electric bikes, though more models will be added to the demo experience as the initiative evolves.

Genius dealers also have an opportunity to expand their service offerings and form closer relationships with their customers as part of the closer partnership with the label.

Having initially cancelled all demos at the start of the pandemic, the new partnerships will be run in strict compliance with Covid guidelines.
