Orbea launches new 160mm Wild eMTB

The new Orbea Wild eMTB Enduro rig has launched, engineered around a 160mm platform, with a 170mm fork an option via MyO.

Powered by Bosch, with the CX Performance Line motor, Orbea is one of the few brands to also offer the limited-series Bosch CX Performance Line Race motor – for high-level competition, featuring Race mode, plus a 200g weight savings compared to the Bosch CX Performance Line – available on the Wild M LTD model.

All models come with the choice of 750Wh (longer range) or 625Wh (lighter weight) battery options, with customers able to select their preferred option via the MyO program.

The Wild comes with a range of up to 7 models: 4 in carbon and 3 in aluminium, with the alloy frame sharing all the technologies of the carbon frame but offered at a more accessible entry price.

Orbea now offers up to 4 sizes—S, M, L and XL—which can be chosen based on height or riding style thanks to the shorter seat-tubes. The Wild also has the ability to mount long-travel telescopic seatposts throughout all its sizes.

Through MyO, customers can choose different components to adapt their new Wild to their riding style: 2 battery options on all models, different suspension options, wheels, ergonomic measurements in the cockpit, dropper seatpost and, of course, a wide palette of colours and finishes.

The availability of the new Wild will arrive at the beginning of 2023, but it’s already possible to reserve a bike through Orbea’s Rider Connect service.
