Parlee Cycles loyalty benefits with new programme

Parlee Cycles has launched a benefits programme, offering discounted replacement services for frames and forks, as well as a lifetime loyalty discount on new bikes.

The new programme, the Parlee Owners Group (POG), consists of two parts. The Parlee Crash Replacement Programme will be a standard benefit included with every new Parlee, available to any owner from the moment they purchase and register their bike.

Under the programme, a registered owner’s frame and fork are replaced free of charge in the first year of ownership, at 50% off the current retail price in the second year, at 35% in the third year, and at a permanent 20% discount for the lifetime of the frame and fork thereafter.

The Crash Replacement Programme is offered alongside Parlee’s Limited Lifetime Warranty, which continues to cover defects in materials and workmanship on every frame and fork for life, or as long as the original owner owns the bike.

Registration opens today and will remain open through 1 January 2027.

Aside from the replacement programme, the company also offers a 10% loyalty discount to every registered POG member on their next Parlee frame or full bike build. Customers do not need to register again, as the benefit applies for the remainder of the time they own a Parlee product.
