Registration now open for enviolo retail training series MY2020

enviolo has opened registration for its MY2020 retail training series, due to run from October 2019 through to March 2020.

The course is designed to develop sales skills through two theoretical workshops, and technical skills with eight hands-on workshops in one day, in order to equip attendees for a successful selling season in 2020.

In the MY2019 series enviolo trained over 1,100 retailers, and plans to increase that number to 1,500 through the upcoming training season.

Chain and sprocket manufacturer, KMC, joined a selection of the training days last season and will be leading one of the practical workshops in MY2020.

KMC’s Michael Stitchling said: “After we successfully joined selected trainings in the past season it was no question for us to intensify our cooperation with enviolo. KMC’s advanced drive-train technologies perfectly match with enviolo hubs.

“We are looking forward to training a lot more dealers on our e-bike solutions as well as on the 10,000km+ components.”

Free training is given to retailers which are already enviolo members, receiving up to three tickets per season with membership levels ranging from bronze to gold. All new members receive point of sale materials, a full enviolo service kit and discounts for ordering parts online.

Gold members are also able to have their labour costs reimbursed and judge warranty cases themselves in order to accelerate processing time and increase customer satisfaction.

enviolo Marketing Manager, Richard Hilgart, said: “We are excited to be able to expand our product knowledge in the field, every year training more interested retailers to become ambassadors and enthusiasts.

“We cherish the relationship to the retail channel and therefore this year also want to offer a first view on our latest product innovation.”

Registrations for the MY2020 Retailer Training Series are open in German and Dutch, with over 55 days and more than 20 locations throughout Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland.
