Spin lures visibility exhibitors with “night and day” test track

The organisers of Spin London will this May introduce a test track with “night and day features”, allowing exhibitors with visibility products to demonstrate their wares.

Covering 800 metres, the show’s main test track will feature three bridges as well as the UV tunnel, further benefiting those planning on offering electric bikes for test. Those brands with lighting or high visibility goods will further be permitted to sell via their stands, potentially offering exhibitors a quick return on their investment.

Show founder and director Alex Daw told CI.N: “The track will feature simulated darkness and artificial lighting all backdropped by city soundscapes. It’s a great opportunity for brands whom would normally promote their products in the winter months to showcase their safety, lighting and fashion accessories.”

The organisers have gone further in 2017 to add value for electric bike exhibitors, adding to the floorplan a new Electricity Showroom to best showcase pedal assisted product.

Start up traders who may not necessarily have big budgets are also for the first time to be offered subsidised space, giving small businesses a chance to get their goods in front of cycling industry buyers.

The Spin London exhibition takes place at Olympia and runs from May 12th to 14th. Potential exhibitors or sponsors can inquire about featuring at the show and on the test track here.
