Sportful announced as BORA – hansgrohe kit sponsor

Sportful and BORA – hansgrohe have announced a collaboration agreement, commencing in 2024, with the partnership seeing the Fonzaso, Belluno, Italy, based brand providing all the technical clothing to support the German team during their races.

Sportful, established in 1972, has consistently harnessed its expertise and passion to support professional athletes and champions in the sport of cycling with the likes of Paolo Bettini, Peter Sagan, Davide Ballerini, Alberto Contador, Fabian Cancellara, and many more, wearing Sportful product at points in stand out careers.

This partnership feels like a homecoming of sorts. We are convinced that BORA – hansgrohe is the right team to represent Sportful and its style within the WorldTour.”

Sportful will provide the team and all the athletes with both summer and winter technical clothing to effectively confront the challenges that may arise during the season. The German team has chosen products such as the Bomber Jersey, a high-performance and comfortable option developed in collaboration with top athletes, the LTD Bibshorts (a benchmark for many athletes), and the entire Fiandre line to ensure maximum protection – in any weather condition – for all athletes.

Today, BORA – hansgrohe boasts a roster including new signing, and likely TdF GC leader, Primoz Roglic, as well as 2022 Giro d’Italia winner Jai Hindley, and the likes of Lennard Kamna, Daniel Felipe Martinez, and Bob Jungels – with the team increasingly focused on the biggest 3 week races on the global calendar. The German team is now a well-established presence within the WorldTour, with a mindset that continually seeks to discover and nurture new talents.

In its palmares, BORA – hansgrohe can count numerous successes in stage races (including the latest victory at the Giro d’Italia 2022) and one-day races, making it one of the most active and successful teams in the WorldTour.
