Store Manager

Location: Newcastle area

We require a new Store Manager for our established Cycle store. We are looking for an experienced retail manager who can inspire, motivate and coach the current staff team to deliver first class customer service and to take the store to the next level. You will play a key role in developing the team to maximise our profitability, implementing our business strategy, the overall operation of your store, as well as being responsible for hitting your targets.

The store is an all round store with Mountain, Road and Commute well represented along with extensive clothing and accessory lines, so you will hold suitable experience across a broad range.

The store has also recently undertaken to become an electric product specialist with electric bikes now available from many leading brands.

You will possess a passion for all things cycling and be able to offer outstanding customer service across all forms of customer enquiry. The position will give the new Manager the opportunity to mould the store the way they see fit, and the autonomy to try and build something locally that enjoys an enviable reputation.
