This week’s top jobs in the bike business

There is an plethora of cycle trade job vacancies currently listed on the CyclingIndustry.News’ Jobs board, offering opportunities in marketing, events, the workshop, and much more.

Blackburn-based mountain bike showroom and repair centre, MTB Monster, is on the hunt for two full-time workshop Mechanics. Specialising in custom builds, MTB Monster deals in the likes of Yeti, Ibis, Mondraker, Transition, Trek, Evil, Whyte and Cube and Nukeproof.

As a result of continued growth in the UK throughout 2019, Canyon is recruiting again; hiring a Cytech level three accredited Events & Marketing Mechanic. The role will include service and maintenance of the brand’s UK Demo Fleet and travelling with the UK events team.

North London-based social enterprise Bikes For Good Causes is on the lookout for a Bike Mechanic to carry out repairs and restore pre-loved donated bikes to working order. Bikes For Good Causes works in partnership with My_AFK, a registered national charity which supports young people with learning disabilities, selling donated bikes which have been repaired and serviced by the team, at reasonable prices.

Meanwhile, London Marathon Events is recruiting an experienced Cycling Marketing Manager on a 12-month fixed contract to ‘engage, grow and inspire’ its database of cyclists and would-be cyclists to enter RideLondon events and get active. Successful candidates will need a consistent track record of success working across print and digital channels, ideally in the cycling market.
