Twenty3c Wembley branch hit in raid

Local Bike Shop Day will prove one to forget for Twenty3c who on Saturday morning arrived at the Wembley store to find thieves had ransacked the shop.

Raising the alarm, owner Ceri Dipple posted to the business’s social channels writing: “Yesterday we had a huge amount of stock and equipment stolen from our Wembley store. Not quite the way we had ever imagined #localbikeshopday to end for us. We will publish a more comprehensive list of bikes stolen soon, but there were a few pretty unique bikes so would urge you to keep your eyes open and get in touch if you hear anything.”

Among those bikes stores are asked to keep a lookout for are:
*Brompton Demo Bike in Orange & White
*Kuota Kathode E-Bike in Grey
*Kinesis Tripster AT Apex in Orange/Yellow Fade
*Quella Copper – Ted Baker Edition – These are very rare.
*Pashley Morgan 3 in Green

It was unfortunately not just bikes taken, IT equipment including the store’s iPads and iMac were removed during the raid.

“We are working with police at the moment and would ask if you know anything about this to contact the Metropolitan Police quoting crime number 1922023/20,” added Twenty3c.
