Two new hires join Ride Concepts UK team

Ride Concepts UK has been strengthened with the acquisition of both Nathaniel Hall and Jonny Howe who will be based in the Fox Factory UK head office. They will overlook B2B sales and marketing.

Hall has spent a decade in the bike industry, most notably known for his work at Specialised, YT industries, and Sigma Sports. Over this time, Hall has refined his skill set and become a B2B and B2C specialist in relationship management.

His new role will consistent of managing B2B sales and B2C customer service. He will also be tasked with leading the grassroots UK ambassador program. Hall can often be found at local Enduro races or enjoying a mid-ride drink in Peaslake, near his home in the Surrey Hills.

Dan Smith, manager of business development EMEA, Fox Factory & UK Director, said: “We are thrilled to have Nat and Jonny join the team. As core members of the industry who have a track record of building market leading brands and introducing new products, we look forward to the Ride Concepts brand enjoying a return to form in the IBD network under their careful stewardship.”

Howe has specialised in relationship management during his time with IBDs across the UK, along with Intense Cycles as their UK market manager, a role that required him to sit across both marketing and sales.

Howe will work alongside Hall, with both managing B2B sales. Howe will also be responsible for re-establishing the company’s brand presence in the market. Howe will remain in Bristol where he will work remotely, where he will be able to enjoy bike rides in the South Wales valleys.

Smith added: “The current product line up has new revisions and changes based on rider feedback. As the brand expands into new product categories for SS25, we know that Nat and Jonny will fully grasp this opportunity to present a well rounded product story to retailers, laying the foundations for future brand growth.”

Fox Factory UK recently brought the Ride Concepts footwear brand back in-house and under the management of the Fox UK team.
