Kinetic Cycles have an opening for a full time cycle mechanic in our very busy workshop. We are an independent, family owned and operated store and stock products for all disciplines of cycling from brands such as Specialized, Whyte, Genesis, Ridley, Mondraker and Frog amongst others.
Alongside the sales of new cycles, we have a thriving repair business which will be the applicant’s major responsibility and we would be keen to emphasise this post as a long-standing career opportunity for the right candidate.
Responsibilities would include :

Managing the store’s workshop facilities

Assembling and preparing new cycles

Carrying out day-to-day service work

Developing and expanding workshop side of the business In addition, candidates may be also be required to assist with sales during busy periods.

Cytech qualification not strictly necessary but would be a bonus.

Significant cycle repair experience a must and applicants must be familiar with modern cycle systems and components.

Some degree of cycle sales and/or customer service experience would be beneficial.
