Wiggle and Chain Reaction Cycles sites go down

Following the significant rebranding and revamp of the Wiggle site, the huge online retailer has seen some disruption, now with both the Wiggle and sister site Chain Reaction Cycles offline (at time of writing).

It’s unclear how long the giant retailer’s sites have been down, though it’s certainly in excess of one hour. And when you’re the world’s largest online cycle retailers, that presumably translates into a considerable amount of trade.

As with any change, there have been misgivings from loyal customers, not least as the site has made it at least temporarily harder to access order history, a time saver for repeat customers, with complaints on the topic in evidence across social media.
