ZyroFisher makes SRAM Technical Centre announcement

ZyroFisher has announced the ‘in progress’ relocation of its SRAM Technical Centre, moving from the current Windsor location to the distributors Darlington HQ.

The SRAM Technical Centre, a joint venture between the brand and its UK distributor, provides warranty support for the UK and Ireland, across the SRAM portfolio of products – SRAM, RockShox, Truvativ, Avid, Time, and ZIPP.

In recent weeks a number of retailers have highlighted issues with contacting the Windsor located team, raising concerns about the support offered. With the announcement of the relocation, the distributor is emphasising that Darlington will be online from October 2nd, with the last day at Windsor as the 28th of September.

The announcement from ZyroFisher asks that retailers, “please bear with us during the relocation process. Turn around times, phone cover and email responses will be affected for a couple of weeks.”

Phone lines remain open between 10am and 4pm, Monday-Friday.
