7 year warranty now applies to Ibis frames and wheels in UK

UK Ibis distributor 2Pure has announced a seven-year warranty on all frames and wheelsets purchased after January 1st, 2016.

Announcing the additional coverage 2Pure said: “We are delighted about this fantastic development as it will no doubt add value to our UK Ibis Cycles dealer base and their customers.

“In addition to this 7 year warranty, Ibis Cycles also offer a Lifetime No-Fault Guarantee, which provides for a low-cost replacement or repair of parts damaged in a crash or other non-warranty situation for the life of the original owner.

“This not only showcases Ibis Cycles’ confidence in their products but also their commitment to the many Ibis fans and customers across the globe.”

This warranty (which was originally offered for a period of 3 years) is non-transferable and covers the first owner against any defects in materials and workmanship. Paint and finish are covered for a period of 1 year.
